Unmatched quality.

A grain-to-glass philosophy.

As a certified craft distiller, we source the majority of our grains within a 20-mile radius of the distillery and mill them right here on site. We have a hand in each aspect of the process by working directly with our local farmers.

State-of-the-art facility.

We currently house two Vendome continuous column stills (18-inch and 14-inch). Plus eleven 5,000-gallon fermentation tanks.

Aging barrels in our North Carolina subtropical climate creates ideal conditions to imbue your spirits with a refined character and distinct regional notes.
