Distillery Operations Associate (Night or Day Shift)

Description: The distillery operations associate is involved in cleaning, equipment maintenance, grain handling, warehousing, record keeping, mash cooking, fermenting, distilling, and general labor. This is a versatile position requiring a range of skillsets and work environments.

Category: Full-time. This position typically works 84 hours per two-week pay period on a 12-hour shift schedule for a total of 7 workdays in a two-week period. Day shifts are 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. while night shifts are 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Maintenance Service Technician

Description: The maintenance service tech is responsible for general repair and maintenance of specified distilling machinery/equipment as needed. This role is proactive in regularly walking the distillery, identifying concerns and remedying them. The ideal candidate should be energetic, take pride in their work and be easily adaptable to Southern Distilling Company needs.

Category: Full-time. This position typically works Monday through Friday with rotating on-call options for nights and weekends.

Supply Chain Manager

Description: The supply chain manager at Southern Distilling Co. plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization by overseeing our distilled spirits production supply chain for both contract barrel sales and finished case goods sales. This position utilizes sales forecasts to effectively manage production planning, distribution and client order fulfillment. This role includes responsibilities related to ensuring seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Category: Full-time. This position typically works daytime hours Monday through Friday.

Barrel Maturation Associate

Description: A barrel maturation associate is responsible for executing barrel warehousing plans and assisting in the entry and removal of filled barrels into various storage locations, while adequately recording mapping locations. This position also pulls barrel samples and keeps the rickhouses in safe, working order. In addition, a barrel maturation associate assists with barrel dumps and product proofing.

Category: Full-time. This position typically works Monday through Friday with rotating weekend hours.
