Distillery Operations Associate (Night or Day Shift)
Description: The distillery operations associate is involved in cleaning, equipment maintenance, grain handling, warehousing, record keeping, mash cooking, fermenting, distilling, and general labor. This is a versatile position requiring a range of skillsets and work environments.
Category: Full-time. This position typically works 84 hours per two-week pay period on a 12-hour shift schedule for a total of 7 workdays in a two-week period. Day shifts are 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. while night shifts are 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Plant Maintenance Manager
Description:The Plant Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining all mechanical, electrical, and control systems within our distillery. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of our production processes, contributing to the quality and consistency of our spirits.
Category: Full-time. This position typically works Monday through Friday with rotating on-call options for nights and weekends. Additional hours as needed/required.

Supply Chain Manager
Description: The supply chain manager at Southern Distilling Co. plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization by overseeing our distilled spirits production supply chain for both contract barrel sales and finished case goods sales. This position utilizes sales forecasts to effectively manage production planning, distribution and client order fulfillment. This role includes responsibilities related to ensuring seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Category: Full-time. This position typically works daytime hours Monday through Friday.

Marketing Project Manager
Description:The Marketing Project Manager is a critical and integral position responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to an exceptional standard of quality.
Category: Full-time, typically daytime hours Mondays – Fridays, occasional evenings and weekends required for event oversight.
Location: This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring two days per week in the Statesville office.
